If you are looking for a burst of color and joy in your cardmaking, the Over the Rainbow collection is pure magic! I had the best time creating these six handmade cards using this bright and whimsical collection, along with the Cards and Envelope kit that coordinates with the collection. From the playful patterns to the charming little icons, the variety in this collection made it so fun and easy to mix and match elements. Each card came together with its own personality, and I can't wait to share them with you - so let's see what I made!

My first card is one of the larger ones in the card and envelope kit, so it was super fun to build up this little scene with the Mushroom House and the darling little gnome on his mushroom! I loved the clouds on the pattern paper - which is from the 6x6 paper pad along with the green dot paper. I cut it in a little wave on the top to mimic a grassy little hill. A sweet sunshine die cut peeks out as well. A few of the tiny flowers from the Spring Garden Shape Sprinkles add a touch of shine.
All the bright colors are featured here on this cute card with a lucky theme! The cute notebook die cut from the Bits and Pieces made for a great base to layer up lots of different die cuts and from the Odds and Ends and Chit Chat die cuts. More shine is here to with the use of the shape sprinkles. Notice the cute little green twine bow too! It adds some great texture!

We all need an extra thank you card lying around for when we need one in a hurry - so I whipped up this little cutie! I love this tree and the cute bunny makes this card extra warm and cheery! The Thank you sentiment is from the This and That Sticker Sheet and the bold pink color really pops! A few Sprinkle enamel dots add just the right amount of shine and color!
These longer-shaped cards are so fun to work with and are the perfect spot to add the label-shaped sticker from the This and That Sticker Sheet like I did here! This cute as can be little gnome couple look perfect centered on this card front. Surrounded by a few speech bubble die cuts from the Chit Chat die cuts - this card is one of my favorites! Don't forget to add the hearts as well and more shiny flower Sprinkles.

One more long-shaped card base is found in the card and envelope pack so I used this one for this adorable bold rainbow die cut from the Chit Chat. Paired with the cute gnome in a hot air balloon die cut from the Odds and ends - this cute rainbow-themed card will be sure to brighten anyone's day! I love the little rainbows found on my pattern paper too! So cute!
Everything is cuter when its mini right? This mini 3x3 inch card included in the card and envelope kit was so fun to put together! The collection is full of gnomes and this cute little lassy was just asking to take center stage on this card! The wee little Hello sign is from the Odds and Ends and makes for a sweet little greeting on this mini card.

Hey there! Well- we did it! We made it to the final post for my Snow Much Fun 6x8 Mini album project! Boy, did I love putting this project together! I have been waiting for literally YEARS for Doodlebug to come out with a 6x8-sized album and they did not disappoint! I LOVE these so much and can see myself just making and making more and more albums of this size! So thank you Doodlebug for making my album dreams come true!

In this post I will be sharing some of my favorite pages of the album and why I loved creating them. We have to start out, of course, with the cover. I love making really eye-catching covers because that is what is going to draw your reader in! I loved utilizing the Home Sweet Home Chipboard Album and the coordinating die to create this snowy scene on my cover! How cute is our little Frosty Fox Doodlepop friend?!?

The albums come with these really sturdy chipboard dividers that are so fun to layer up with lots of Chit Chat, tags, and other embellishments from the collection! I loved the way I could add the tab die cuts to the edges for some interest!

I am a sucker for anything interactive in my mini albums, so I did lots of them in my album. I think it's so fun to watch my loved ones flip through the album, take things out of pockets, and lift flaps and the like. This cute page features a pull-out pocket feature that lends itself to lots of room for extra photos and journaling spots in our albums.

The albums also include these beautiful color page inserts that I chose to trim up into a rounded shape for some added interest. The way these add such a vivid pop of color to the albums is wonderful!

Pocket pages are also in the album and I added a fun interactive element to these types of pages by simply folding some of the pattern papers to add a flap to the pocket. So many great ways to add interest to an otherwise plain pocket!

On those awesome Chipboard divider pages, I was able to have lots of creative freedom to add even more interactive goodies like this pocket that holds a large tag. I love how much more you can fit into making pockets on your layouts, and because these aren't in a page protector - the reader can pull these interactive parts out and enjoy them again and again!

Here is yet another fun interactive design element on this Chipboard divider page - a tall piece of pattern paper is folded over and then a flap is added so the reader can lift it up and see what's underneath! So cute and clever!

Look how much these pocket pages hold! These are fabulous additions to the design pages included in the album. As you can see they are great places for additional photos, journaling, and decorative elements in your albums!

And I also got to use some of my own custom page designs, like the one below where I folded up the B side of the pretty pattern paper and made it into a pocket along the bottom and the top! I love the creative freedom I was able to express with these albums!

If you'd like to see all the pages in the album- make sure to check out my YouTube Channel for a quick walkthrough of the different pages of the album! See them under the "Shorts" tab on my channel!

Creating this 6x8 Mini album with the Snow Much Fun collection has been an absolute joy! From layering all the adorable pattern papers to adding dividers, pocket pages, and interactive elements, every step of this project has been so much fun! I loved bringing all the wintery details together and watching this album come to life over the last two months. Thank you for joining me on this creative journey - I hope it's inspired you to make a mini album of your own! Stay tuned for more mini-album ideas coming your way! Thank you for joining me on this journey! Happy Crafting!!

Hello there Doodlebug friends! I am thrilled to be back once again to share with you my last set of pages in my Snow Much Fun 6x8 Album! I have had the most fun time putting this cute little album together and am excited to show you what I have made. In case you missed the previous parts of the album, the cover can be found here, the first 4 pages can be found here, and the next batch of pages can be found here
Let's look at the final 4 pages, shall we?

I started this page using one of the chipboard dividers as my base. These beauties make the best bases for making interactive pages since they are not in a page protector. Here I took a 6 x 12 inch piece of the Frosted Friends paper and scored the top at 4 inches. This way you can see both sides of this pretty paper! I decorated the flap with some die cuts from the ephemera packs.

Inside the flap is a great spot for a large 5x7 photo or a great spot to add some journaling.

I added this fun page with 4 photo spots on the back of the chipboard divider. This would be a great page to show your little Eskimoes out playing in the snow! I just loved this large title from the Chit Chat as well!

Sometimes when I have a pattern paper with a more busy pattern to it, I love to make these fun folded inserts! I simply took the adorable Snow Much Fun pattern paper and trimmed it to 12 x10 inches.  I scored the bottom edge of the paper at 3 inches and then folded it up so you can see both sides of the pattern. I used one of the pages as a guide to punch out my holes and then added this fun page to the album.  It is filled with a photo spot, a cute 3x4 cut apart from the Frozen Flurry paper and then I made the top portion a top loading pocket.

Here we have some of the lovely blue Textured Cardstock as a base for more photos. The circle die cuts from Chit Chat are framed perfectly as I punched a half circle in the pattern paper base for it to peek out of!

Here is the back of the page with again a photo spot and a 3x4 cut apart.

A spot for 2 photos on the back of the pocket insert is shown here.

Next, we showcase the fun divided pocket pages. This time it is (4) 3 x4 spots. I filled the pockets with pattern papers and Petite Prints and even added some of the tags from the Freeze Tag paper to one of the pockets.

Here is the back of the pocket page. I added a few die cuts from the Odds and Ends here and then there are 2 more photo spots as well.

The final page is one of the side-loading pocket dividers and it was so fun to fill this pocket up! After I decorated the base with pattern papers from the Snow Happy Together and the Snow Day papers, I decorated the outer pocket with some snowflakes from the Bits and Pieces and the cute Winter title is from the Chit Chat. Inside the pocket is a photo spot and one of the journaling spots found on the  Cold Streak paper.

The back of the page is yet another fun pocket page that I designed. It has two pockets that hold a tag and a 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch photo. This is such a fun spot to add all those cute cut-apart tags on the Freeze Tag paper to! I loved this one!

Here is a little video walkthrough of these pages:

Well, there you have it! The final 4 pages to the album that is just waiting to be filled up with all of those Winter fun memories and photos! I had such a great time putting this together and cannot WAIT to do more 6x8 albums in the future! I am hooked! These albums are of such great quality and have so many different design options to them. I am so thrilled to have been able to share these pages with you and hope you have gained some inspiration from them! Thank you so much for stopping by today! Stay warm and Happy Crafting!

Hey there crafty friends - I'm so excited to share my next batch of layouts in my Snow Much Fun Mini Album! I hope you are all surviving winter and taking lots of photos to fill up your own winter-themed album like mine! If you missed my previous posts, the cover post can be found here and the first four pages can be found here.

Let's look at our next set of pages!!

Page 5 in the album utilizes one of the pocket pages in the album kit. This one is a bottom loading pocket that I decorated the front of the pocket and then stuffed the pocket full of lots of paper goodies.
I love the This and That sticker sheet because it always has the perfect title sentiments to add to my pages like I did here with the "Having Snow Much Fun" sticker.

The pocket is filled with a cut apart from the Cold Streak paper. I took one of the beautiful blue cardstock papers from the Textured Cardstock pack and folded it in half. This is a great place to add more photos. I cut out a section from the Spot of Snow paper, added a tab from the Bits and Pieces, and topped it with a cute snowman from the Puffy Stickers.

On the back of this page, we have a fun interactive page with a large tag pullout and then a spot for some photos showing off some snow play photos. The Snow Fun is from the Chit Chat die cuts. I love the pretty ribbons that this page has!

For the next page, I took a 6 x 11-inch piece of the Snow Day paper and scored it at 6 inches. I used one of the other pages as a guide and punched the 2 holes in the left side so it could fit in the album. Here, I decorated the front part with one of the 3x4 cut apart from the Frozen Flurry paper and made it into a pocket. I tucked a photo spot and a tag from the Bits and Pieces in there.

Here is the page opened up, and you can see more spots for photos I just think that cute little friend on his sledding tube is too cute! He's from the Odds and Ends

This is the back of the page. One more spot for a photo and look how fun our snowman friends are on their zippy snowmobile! This is another die-cut found in the Odds and Ends.

My next page uses one of the divided pocket pages. This one has a spot for a 4x6 photo on the top, and then (2) 3 x4 photos on the bottom. I had fun making another interactive element with the top pocket. I took a 4 x 10 1/2 inch strip of the Wintery Woods paper and scored it at 4 inches. This makes for a fun flap that I decorated with the "Tis the Ski-son" die cut from the Chit Chat. The bottom 2 pockets are decorated with a cute ski girl and a spot for journaling.

Here is the top page opened up. There are two photo spots here.

And here we have the back of the pocket with more photo spots and journal spots.

The last page features the beautiful blue color pages found in the album as the base. I fell in l love with these polar bears so they appear here. They are from the Odds and Ends and the Icon Sticker Sheet. The cute clipboard die cut from the Bits and Pieces is the perfect spot for some journaling.

And finally, on the back page, I wanted to use these 3 cute penguin pals so they got mounted on 2x2 inch squares of the Frosted Friends paper and then I added (3) 3 x 2 inch photo spots.

Here is a quick little walkthrough video of these pages:

These pages were so fun to create and are the perfect mix of spots for photos and journaling and some really fun interactive and creative ways to add interest to your albums. It's always so fun to watch people flip through the albums and play with all the flips, flaps, and pocket features. Stay tuned as I am preparing to add more pages to the album that I will get to share with you next time! Thanks for stopping by today! Stay warm!!

Hello Doodlebug friends! I'm so excited to share a closer look at the inside pages of my winter-themed mini album today! If you've been following along, you know this project has been such a joy to create, and I can't wait for you to see the first four pages I designed. In case you missed it, I already shared the details about the cover - be sure to check out this post to catch up. For my album, I am using the adorable "Snow Much Fun" collection and the beautiful Blue Jean 6x8 Mini Album. Let's dive into the details and explore all the frosty fun details!

The first page of my mini album sets the tone for all the frosty fun inside! I started with one of the chipboard dividers that come inside the album. For the first page, it would be the perfect spot for a fun group photo to start the album off right. The cute "snow happy together " title from the Chit Chat die cuts makes such a statement! I love the pretty Limeade paper paired with the plaid on the Ice Crystal paper on this page. I layered an adorable tag from the Freeze tag paper to the left of the photo mat and tied some pretty ribbon and twine from my stash on the top. For the Photo spot, I added a beautiful snowflake label from the This and That Sticker Sheet that brings in just the right wintery charm. And don't miss the cute detail on the chipboard tab! I covered it with a purple and white polka dot tab from the Bits and Pieces for a fun pop of color and a playful way to transition to page two.

The back of page 1 is all about interactive fun! One of the great things about the chipboard dividers is the freedom they give you to create unique elements, and for this page, I designed a pretty pocket feature. This pocket not only adds visual interest but also holds a few photos too!

The first photo you'll see is styled like a Polaroid, backed with the beautiful Snow Day purple polka dot paper. You'll also see a few die cuts peeking out for some extra charm. Inside the pocket, there is a space for two more photos, making it a great way to hold more memories. And how sweet is that "heartwarming" label from the Bits and Pieces die cuts? It's the perfect tab to pull out this interactive element.

For page two we're turning to one of the 6x8 page protectors included in the mini album to create a cozy cocoa-inspired layout! I started with the adorable Lilac Swiss Dot paper from the Petite Prints that coordinates with the collection as my base paper. The soft playful background sets the stage for all the details on the front of this page. The theme here is hot cocoa, and it couldn't be sweeter! The "Bring on the hot cocoa" banner from the Chit Chat is the perfect centerpiece paired with the cocoa cart, sign and mug die cuts from the Odds and Ends. I love the pop of bright blue along the bottom of the page cut from the Wintery Woods pattern paper.

The back side of page 2 continues the cozy winter vibes, this time using the dark purple dot side of the Lilac Swiss Dot paper as the base. This rich, bold color really shines! I kept the focus on one large photo in the center, surrounded by a few carefully chosen die cuts, and stickers. The "Winter Wonderland" banner die cut along the bottom edge adds the perfect finishing touch, tying everything together beautifully.

For page three, I used one of the divided page protectors to create a versatile and visually appealing layout. This page protector features two spaces for photos or memorabilia, giving you plenty of room to showcase your winter memories. I continued with the pretty mint and purple theme, which ties in beautifully with the previous page on the left,  creating a cohesive flow throughout the album. To bring this layout to life, I incorporated more die cuts and stickers, all carefully layered to add depth and dimension. The Happy Wintertime banner is a standout element, typing everything together perfectly. With its cheerful vibe and ample space for photos, this layout is a wonderful way to highlight your favorite winter moments!

The back of page three keeps the charm going with a simple yet delightful layout that uses the reverse side of the pattern papers from the front pockets. I like using the reverse side because it stretches my product even more! The pretty stripes and adorable snowmen really shine here! I leaned into the snowman theme for this page, layering stickers and die cuts to bring extra personality and fun. And how cute is the little snowman friend sitting on one of our mini Swimming Pool Doilies? It's the perfect pop of texture and adds a whimsical touch to the layout. This page is such a fun addition to the album and I love how these turned out!

I am always looking for innovative ways to spruce up the pages of my mini-albums and my fourth page is no exception! I used one of the colored inserts as my base - isn't that blue so bright and cheerful? I love how this page turned out! To give it a bit of a custom touch, I added a curve to the edge of the right side by tracing a plate and trimming it down. To make it even more fun and wintery, I added some white pom-pom trim along the edge.  The texture it brings is so playful and it perfectly compliments the snowy theme! For the layout, I kept it simple with one photo spot, making this a great place for that one special photo you just love. To spruce things up I added a few die cuts from the collection, and I have to say, the Yeti taking a selfie with his friends just might be my favorite die cut of the whole collection. It's so cute and brings such a whimsical touch to this page!

The back of this page continues the clean and simple design while adding a touch of charm. I love using the long journal spots from the Cold Streak cut-apart paper- they're perfect for adding a meaningful story or memory to your album. To tie in with the front, I included another Yeti friend. You'll also spot another doily here, but this time is a regular-sized Swimming Pool doily on the left-hand side. It beautifully frames the "Let it Snow" label from the Chit Chat.

Here is a quick little walkthrough video of these pages!

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a closer look at the inside pages of my album. I hope you enjoyed seeing how the Snow Much Fun collection and the Blue Jean Mini Album came together to create these frosty and whimsical designs.  It's been such a joy to share these pages with you and there is so much more to come! Be sure to stay tuned throughout February as I continue to share more album spreads, full of creative details and inspiration. I can't wait to show you what's next! Take care friends - and we will see you next time! Happy Crafting!
